Splice, London

Formed in 2003, Splice is one of London's finest facilities for creative post-production, offering specialist services to the broadcast television market. With a wide range of services in both moving image and audio, Splice provides a complete post-production solution.

Splice's facilities include non-linear editing, audio, design and effects. Splice uses a Baselight system to offer colour grading services to clients, which is used in tandem with an Avid® DS Nitris in an entirely tapeless workflow. The Baselight system has been used to grade productions such as Biffy Clyro Mountains, The Streets The Escapist and Bring Back Fame.

Splice are specialists in both longform and shortform broadcast programming, offering the perfect balance of technical and production services along with a high-level of creative input to your project.

Splice is also able to offer a wide range of digital services including encoding and digital asset management, whilst their duplication and QC facilities encompass a wide range of HD and SD video formats.

Splice won a best independent music documentary award for John Lennon's Jukebox in 2005 and 37 Uses For A Dead Sheep won The Berlin Film Festival Caligari Prize in February 2007.
