With over 20 years of experience in colour grading, he specialises in both factual and scripted programming, working on HETV content for broadcast networks and SVOD platforms such as Disney+, Paramount and Netflix. His expertise includes grading and mastering in HDR and Dolby Vision® as well as SDR and theatrical deliverables. In 2023 he won the award for Excellence In Grading at the Broadcast Awards for his colour work on the Netflix Original, Capturing the Killer Nurse (2023). Joe is passionate about new technology and the art of colour grading, committed to creating impactful visual narratives and continually striving to enhance the storytelling experience through texture and colour.Joe is a full voting BAFTA member.
