It is strongly recommended not to use Daylight with macOS 13 Ventura on older Intel hardware

Floating Licence Server
If you are using Daylight with a floating licence server, you must also have one of the following:
- Mac server running macOS 10.14 and later, or
- Linux server running RHEL/CentOS 6 and later
