Baselight Support Packages
When you purchase a Baselight system, you have two choices as to the level of support you receive from our renowned Support Team:
Annual Baselight Support Desk Service providing access to Support Team for:
- Support via email, telephone and remote diagnosis of FilmLight-supplied operating system and Baselight application software. Provision of bug fix point releases as available or required.
- Remote fault diagnosis and on site engineering time if deemed necessary by FilmLight. Does not include advanced replacement or cost of replacement parts.
- Replacement parts qualify for 25% discount on list price.
With this support package, on-site assistance is provided at FilmLight's discretion. Travel and expenses for site visits will be recharged to customer at cost.
Baselight Assist and productivity type systems are covered free of charge where all main Baselight systems are covered.
This package does NOT include Provision of new Software Feature Version Upgrades which are made available for purchase when released.
Annual Baselight Hardware Repair Service providing:
- Hardware: Advanced parts replacement, and repair of FilmLight-supplied hardware systems.
This package is only available with Baselight Support Desk cover, whereby the costs of diagnosis and on-site attendance (at FilmLight's discretion) are fully covered.
